Shipping policy

SHIPPING

One person packs every order here, and it gets packed the way I'd want mine to arrive. Here's what to expect.

Where I ship

United States only for now, including APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. If you're outside the US and you want something, email me and I'll quote it by hand.

How long it takes to go out

Orders leave within three to five business days. Vintage pieces get packed carefully rather than quickly, and that takes the time it takes. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment a label is made.

What it costs
METHOD    PACKAGE WEIGHT    DELIVERY    COST
Standard    Up to 3 lb    3–7 business days    $8.00
Standard    Over 3 lb    3–7 business days    $18.00
Express    Up to 3 lb    1–2 business days    $15.00
Express    Over 3 lb    1–2 business days    $30.00

Orders over $70 ship free on Standard, for packages up to 3 lb. Heavier pieces — vehicles, playsets, anything big and boxed — cost real money to send safely, so those pay the posted rate. You'll always see the exact number at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee. Express buys you a faster carrier, not a faster pack — the handling time above still applies.

How it's packed
Boxed items ship box-in-box, with the collectible packaging protected separately.
Carded figures ship in a rigid protector, never loose in a bag.
Loose figures and accessories are wrapped individually so nothing rubs in transit.

Nothing ships in a plain poly mailer. Ever.

Tracking and insurance

Every order ships with tracking. Orders over $100 are insured, and orders over $250 also require a signature at delivery — that protects both of us on the pieces where it matters.

Getting the address right

Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to me because the address was wrong or incomplete, I'll happily resend it once you cover the second label.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking stalls for more than seven days, email me and I'll open a carrier trace. If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, check with your neighbors and your local post office first — that finds it most of the time. If it doesn't, tell me within seven days of the delivery scan and I'll file the insurance claim.

Local pickup

I'm in the Aurora, Colorado area. If you're close and you'd rather not risk shipping on something fragile, email me and we'll arrange it.
